Shipping Information

After you've placed your order at silvetwiststore.com you will be automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship your order. Please, notice that we ship orders within 24 hours. In case you made a mistake you must immediately call us or send us an e-mail with your changes. Please enclose your order number when contacting us regarding changes in your order.

We ship orders only within the United States. Free First Class or Priority Mail (depending on weight) shipping for all orders. Delivery time takes between 5-7 business days.

Each individual piece of jewelry will come to you in an elegant organza gift bag. Your jewelry will then be shipped in protective packaging.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If you feel your purchase does not lived up to your expectations, either because it does not fit, or you are not happy with it, you may return it for an exchange or a refund. You must return your purchase within 7 business days of receiving it.

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip you received with your purchase. Package the item(s) and the packing slip securely and address the package to Silver Twist (see address below). Drop your package in the U.S Mail at home, at work or at your local post office. If you need assistance in returning your item(s), please contact us via email or by phone at 413-274-6307.

Returns are processed in the order received and may take 2-10 days to be refunded once we receive them. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. In the case of an exchange, a new charge will be issued to your account for the replacement. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your credit card billing statement within one billing cycle.

Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.

When you check out, you will see whether or not the item you are ordering is in stock. We only take orders on items that are in stock.

5.How do I check or track my order status?
After you submit your order you will receive e-mail confirmation that your order has been placed. You will receive a second e-mail when your order has been shipped. If your order does not arrive to you within 7 business days, please call us at 413-274-6307.

No. We only receive orders through PayPal using visa, mastercard, American Express or Discover.

9. Where are your stores located?
Silver Twist does not have a retail store. We sell through parties, shows, fundraisers, on-line and individual sales only.

10. Am I billed for shipping on an exchange order?
If you have exchanged for the same item/same item number, but simply a different size or stone, we do not charge shipping, as a courtesy. However, if you exchange for a different item number, shipping charges are assessed.

11.How long do I have to return an item?
You need to ship your return within 7 business days from receiving your product.
